Jonathan Dickinson State Park

Hobe Sound

Southeast Florida's largest state park — paddle the Loxahatchee, hike, bike, and climb Hobe Mountain.

Just north of Jupiter, Jonathan Dickinson State Park spans more than 10,000 acres of pine scrub, river, and wilderness. Paddle or take a boat tour up the wild Loxahatchee River to the historic Trapper Nelson site, hike or bike miles of trails, and climb the Hobe Mountain tower for one of the highest views in South Florida.

A full day of Old Florida nature — camping available too.
